Lilyana Salazar (she/her) is a senior attending Lake Stevens High School. Lilyana joined Journalism to expand her skills in writing, interviewing, photography, and all things related to media creation. After high school, she is looking to get into entertainment and business management and already has the skills of acting for commercials, theater and modeling. Her interests include photography, theater and participating in the school musical.

Disney's early and most popular films feed into negative facades about various cultures but their efforts to address their mistakes are being exercised today. “It's our natural instinct to implement ourselves into characters we are most like and believe ourselves to be.
