Crazy, fun, wild, and overwhelming
The Black Friday experience
December 20, 2016
Black Friday is a super fun, wild and entertaining experience for some people, but for others, it’s very stressful, overwhelming and awful. Some do the shopping for others and some do the shopping for themselves. We went around the school and asked about their Black Friday experience and who they bought for.
Junior Jacob Schmidt said, “I did go Black Friday shopping this year, it was kinda fun, but also very crazy. There were people all over trying to find the best deals. I did shop for myself and for my friends.”
Senior Kaden Spinelli stated, “I did go Black Friday shopping, it was kinda fun. I went with all my friends. It was very crowded and I ran into a couple of other friends there too. All I bought was a few shirts for myself.”
Junior Alyssa Alexander said, “Yes, I went black Friday shopping. I went to Alderwood Mall at midnight and stayed until 5 in the morning and it didn’t seem any different than a normal Saturday at the mall. I shopped for myself, family and friends.”
It was exciting to hear all about some of the students Black Friday and how their experience was.

Cool article but i was wondering what you think about the shift that’s taking place around the fact that more and more people are moving away from shopping in stores and switching to online shopping. Personally I really don’t care much about cloths and really hate shopping, so online shopping works great for me. I was wondering why you like shopping in stores?

I feel like shopping in stores is more exciting and provides a better experience for Black Friday shoppers.
