Into The Woods opens this Friday

A cow as white as milk, a slipper as pure as gold, a cape as red as blood, the hair as yellow as corn; Into The Woods has something for everyone

Students from Lake Stevens set the stage for “Into the Woods,” the musical opening this Friday. Shows are happening this Friday the 18 and Saturday the 19 and the next weekend with a show Friday the 25 and two shows Saturday the 26. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are fifteen dollars, general admission. “It has been really stressful trying to do a two and a half hour musical in about five weeks,” said senior Stephanie Wislen who plays Rapunzel in ‘Into the Woods.’ This show is something the whole family will love, it's full of heart and laughter. “The cast of ‘Into the Woods’ is a really fun cast; we have tons of fun during rehearsal, and I'm excited for opening night,” said Wislen.
