Thanksgiving opens student’s hearts to share their love
Make the time to appreciate and give thanks.
November 21, 2016
We went around the school and asked students what they were thankful for and how they would show it this Thanksgiving season and the results of students were so amazing.
Junior Conor Bardue stated, “I’m just thankful for having friends and family that support me through everything that goes on in my life. I’ll show how thankful I am by saying I love them or trying to spend time with them and helping them if they need anyone.”
Sophomore Trinity Scott answered with, “I am thankful for my family and my friends. They are always there to support me through anything that I go through. I would show my family and friends I am thankful for them by reminding them how much they mean to me often, as well as doing the little things and extra steps to show them. For example bringing a friend coffee or a family member flowers, just because.”
Junior Riley Stuart said “I am thankful for my job because it allows me to support myself and do things i want to do and allowing me to purchase most of the things I own. I am also thankful for my friends that always encourage me to do what i want and always put a smile on my face. I am going to show them I am thankful by giving back to my friends and showing them the same kind of relationship they showed me.”
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
