Students take the stage to receive their academic awards on February 23rd at the student awards night. Over 300 students received awards in all areas including science, fine arts, as well as individual awards for FCCLA and DECA. “I was receiving recognition for making it to state for FCCLA with others in the chapter of Lake Stevens. It was nice to be recognized because we spent many weekends in Mrs. Hahn’s room working on our project,” said senior Brittany Knauts.
