Group dynamic: Viking Girls Swim Team group together to start off their before game chant. The team won 137 to 48 which more than doubled Cascade’s score. They were overjoyed to see all the fans there at this Game of the Week on October 15. “All the swimmers were like 'we have fans.' Royal Bling. The 2015 Homecoming Crown is presented to senior Jack Stevens at the “Back to the Future” themed  Homecoming Assembly. The LSHS boys cross country team starts the first and only home race of the season against Meadowdale, Snohomish, Monroe and Oak Harbor on October 1. Although it’s been disappointing to have only one meet on home turf the team has been excited for all the traveling. “Instead of home meets we’re having bigger meets against a lot of good schools. We get to go to Lakewood [and] Lake Sammamish and Whidbey Island and Wenatchee, which was awesome,” senior cross country captain Emma Horn said.
