Together for two years, Greiser and Allinson aim to focus on important traits in their relationship instead of striving to meet the standards of media. “Talking to each other is important.  We both think communicating is important, and it is, so we’re really good at being honest with each other,” said Greiser.  Keeping realistic goals in a relationship is far more valuable than trying to match the couples stereotypes seen on social media.

Senior Tyler VanBrocklin finds a way to fill up most of his spare time between school work, ASB and his jobs. Friends, peers and coworkers have raved about working with the ASB Secretary/Treasurer and how much effort he has put into everything hes done. “[Tyler is] very organized, he has everything figured out, and he always has a plan of what we’re going to be doing. Since its creation in 2011, Treat Yo Self Day has become a cultural phenomenon. This mentality of treating yourself has even resonated with people who have not watched the show. Treat Yo Self Day emphasizes the importance of occasional indulgence and self care.
