Mara moved to Lake Stevens from Florida in 6th grade. She’s been playing on the softball team here ever since. She is now committed to play at Upper Iowa University where not only will she pursue athletics, but also a degree in social studies education. She hopes to one day be a social studies teacher at the high school level because education is one of her passions.
