Makenzie Heggie, Staff Reporter

Junior Kenzie Heggie is the newest addition to the Journalism class of 2016-2017. She’s a sweet competitive cheerleader who’s looking to get more involved in the community around LSHS.  She is looking forward to writing for the paper this year as a staff reporter. She plans on going to college at San Diego State for cheer and communications. She says most of her life goes into cheerleading, but she also enjoys working out and her history class. She’s a hard worker and a leader, and it’s going to be a great year for her in journalism.
