Journalism sparked her interest as a future career as did the idea of being a part of the school through writing. Being able to talk with fellow students and put her iPhone experience in photography to the test sealed the deal. As a reporter she’s drawn to stories she can relate to personally. Outside of Journalism, Elizabeth works at Nike and plans on joining Key Club.
Although she’s no longer a part of track, her black belt in Taekwondo says not to mess with this girl. Other than journalism she’s interested in becoming a pediatrician, “I like kids and I like medicine and I thought hey, put them together and you got a pediatrician.”

Senior Jenna Sampson tries to keep ball in the  Viking's possession at the game against Kamiak on November 3. Though they fought hard to win this game the team lost to Kamiak 0-2. However they defeated Monroe and are ready to take on Kamiak again to continue in the competition. "We played well but it didn't turn out as well as me hoped," Sampson said referring to the November 3 game.
