Addy Tibbits

Addy Tibbits, A&E Editor

Adalyn “Addy” Tibbits is a senior. She joined a journalism class in ninth grade because it was the next best thing to a creative writing class. She decided to continue with the class in high school and was a staff reporter until she decided to become an editor. “I like writing about other people because it’s a cool way to get to know people and find things that you wouldn’t normally know about a person.” Adalyn likes talking to her cat, browsing Pinterest, watching Grey’s Anatomy, and is really into theater.

Together for two years, Greiser and Allinson aim to focus on important traits in their relationship instead of striving to meet the standards of media. “Talking to each other is important. We both think communicating is important, and it is, so we’re really good at being honest with each other,” said Greiser. Keeping realistic goals in a relationship is far more valuable than trying to match the couples stereotypes seen on social media.

Starbucks’ new red cup design uses no snowflake adornment. The company went with a simplistic look to let customers interpret the holidays in their own unique way. However, some don’t favor the festive red hue and claim that Starbucks is anti-Christmas.
