Senior and Features Editor Audrey Kristofferson is in her second year working on the Valhalla! She joined journalism to see how her writing will develop over the year. Kristofferson is very passionate about her writing and cannot wait to contribute to the Senior Issue! She is also excited to write about her fellow seniors, developing throughout the year. She wants to be able to connect more with her class, and be more involved. Kristofferson has a very busy work schedule working every week day. She works for Mountain View Orthodontic lab, molding and building retainers. She loves working with her boss; everyday she gets “greeted by 2 wagging tails” Kristofferson said. She is most passionate about animals. After high school she plans to go to Washington State University on their Pullman campus and major in their Veterinarian Program. She chose Washington State University because they have the best program in the state! She hopes to further her education and get her full veterinary degree, work at a clinic, and help save and keep animals healthy. Her love for animals doesn't just stay in the education and work space. Kristofferson has many animals at home as well; throughout her life she's had fish, hamsters, rats, etc. she loves how they all have “their own little personality” Kristofferson said. She currently has a hamster named Poppy, a blue heeler named Sydney, and two cats named Charlotte and Olivia. She’s excited to start the year with a bang and produce many articles for the Valhalla!
